We will arrange the express delivery for you if your order is valued over $160 or if you pay the $15 express shipping fee(orders under $160).
Due to some uncontrollable factors(taxes,traffic),we do not arrange express shipping to some countries(e.g.Austria,Croatia,Brazil) under normal cases.
We choose EMS(Express Mail Service) over other express shipping mails to some remote areas that may generate more fees.

Notes concerning parcels being returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery caused by the following reasons:
1.Incorrect address;
2.Shipping company couldn't get in touch with the recipient;
3.Awaiting collection as requested by recipient,but the recipient didn't show up.
Customers are responsible for the shipping fee(10% of the parcel's value,$40 the maximum) if they want a refund,or they will have to pay $15 extra if they want a redelivery.

The policy above also applies to the situation that the order gets returned because the recipient refuses to take action after we contacted him/her.

Please note that:Orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days after successful, processed payment. NO weekend/holiday delivery available.

1. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

2. Please inform us as early as possible if you want to cancel your order. If the order is already shipped, plz sign the parcel and refer to our return policy. We won't take any responsibility if you refuse to sign the parcel.

3. We can NOT accept PO Box, BFPO address (UK) or APO/FPO adress,  please provide your physical address.

4. The destinations our carrier can reach are listed above. Sometimes delivery may take longer time during busy periods. Besides, we are NOT responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance process.

5. We do NOT ship to Africa areas except Egypt and South Africa.

6.We will refund the $15 express shipping fee if express shipping is not available for your country.  $15 express shipping fee is not avaiable for refund if you request a return or refund. 

7. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place an order.You will bear all costs due to incorrect address you provided.

8. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We have no control over them and cannot predict what they may be. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel first. We would like to refund corresponding credit to your account as compensation.
